bank for the purpose of making payment online where VISA is accepted.
The term virtual means that you only receive the VISA card details and
not a plastic card.

note
that
you
can't use VCC on sites like ClickBank.com, Survey
sites and Gambling sites. Such websites require that you use a plastic
Credit Card. But we can still help you get any ClickBank product using

payment using the IP address of the same country you used as your
billing
address. Also, it has Address Verification System (AVS). With this
system, we can register your VCC with the address you want to use for
the payment as a billing address.

Card registration is NOT compulsory. Our VCC cards can take any name
and billing address.
Once
we
receive
confirmation
of your payment from our bank or Liberty
Reserve, your VCC and information on how to use it will be prepared and
forwarded to you through email in few minutes or hours if we are online.
